Welcome to the Monday night CSYC Rick Johnson Memorial Doublehanded Sailing Series for 2023! The season kicked off on Monday, June 5, with a special Celebration of Life for Jim Moeller. Jim worked on the race committee for the Doublehanded Series for many years. He was also an instructor in the CSYC Adult Learn to Sail Program. He was a longtime supporter of the club and sailed Thistles, Lasers, an Edsel 540 and his beloved Montgomery 15 known as the Wee One. Jims 2 sons, Andrew and Thomas, hosted this afterglow and provided the hamburgers, hot dogs, veggie burgers, buns, chips, paper plates, napkins, utensils, and condiments.
