New Workhours Logging Application & Due Date

Ahead of the 2024 sailing season the club is making changes to both the way we log our workhours and the date those hours need to be completed by. The Tech Committee has decommissioned the PC in the boardroom and is introducing ClubClerk a cloud based application in its place that gives members the ability to log their hours online. Additionally, to support the early December deadline for mooring renewals and applications the due date for annual workhour completion has been moved to 30 November.
To access the new workhour application you can click on this link to register for ClubClerk. Once you have logged in you will see a form not unlike what you are used to from the old PC. You can find detailed instructions on how to log hours here.
After you have registered you will be able to access ClubClerk from your phone, computer, or tablet directly at cysc.clubclerk.com or via a link found within the Member Portal on the club website here.
